How are you guys embedding pics and the blue highlighted hyperlink text
in your postings? What is the syntax for the tags?

On the screen where you're composing your post, click the grey button marked "URL" to make a link.
Or click the grey button marked "Upload Image" to embed a pic.
The pic needs be on your computer (not on a website) and comply with image policy.
