Stay away from smoking, drugs, drinking, fast food, junk food, caffeine, and sugar. Eat lots of fruit. Do eat egg whites, celery, wheat germ, proteins. Many say taking protein shakes or muscle milk helps a lot with volume and taste. Stay healthy - exercise. Cum at least once every 3 days. Keep this routine up, it doesn't work to do it for just the "day of". Make sure you're getting enough calcium and zinc. I didn't notice any real change to the color, but it's possible the volume of my cum increased, but I'm not sure. But the zinc burns my stomach and It's not worth it for that. Then I decided to stop eating lots of refined sugars (i.e. soda, candy bars, foods with corn syrup) and instead eating fruit, drinking more 100% juice and water, and drinking a glass of 100% pineapple juice (not from concentrate - the only one I found was a large can made by Dole). This did the trick - my cum now has virtually no scent whereas before it had a more pungent smell to it. I haven't noticed much change in volume. I'd like to try some of those protein shakes to see if that will increase my volume. Right now, I'm good for about 2 to 3 'pops' of cum. As a side note, when I'm brought to cum by fucking, and cum inside my wife, it always feels like I am cumming much more and harder then if she's jerking me off or giving me head.
