I think the best method is to lead by example. Sign up for doing porn yourself, preferably the same acts you'd like to see your wife perform. Maybe a 5-man male-on-male interracial gangbang flick, with YOU as the "star"? Maybe if she see's you as willing to perform this way, she'd jump at the chance to do so for you likewise?
I'm telling you, this'll work! Post your modelling info with any of the popular sites....I'm sure you'll get work in no time flat.
Women are very difficult to "train" - moreso even than your average Afghan hound. Just as it is nearly impossible to teach the latter to sit, it will likely be very difficult to teach the former to squat.

I think he actually chose the easier way already... a divorce is pretty expensive plus a porn star won't marry a guy for no reason, so even more money is needed. He could pay his wife for many a scene with that money... so my suggestion to kingofbutts is easy:
Become a porn director, hire your friend as an actor, let him do all the scenes with his wife and let him be the camera guy when you do all the scenes with your wife. Then try to talk the women into g/g with each other. Once they're comfortable with that, tell them you pay them more if they also have sex with strangers you hire (female first, male later). When they're easy with that, too, tell them you'll pay them less if they won't do anal, DP and triple anal interracial self-fisting. I don't know if that's the official way, but it's the most serious answer I can give you, sorry.

very good answer ,very good suggestion, BUT to Became a porn director is not easy as you vote, and the first step (doing with my wife) also more hard, she can be worry about her family and about our children... and to become fully nude in front of others.
I'm tempted to be flippant here and suggest using the Dark Side of The Force, but this sounds pathological.

I think there's a fundamental flaw with this topic. Aside from being creepy, the question...how to turn (a) normal woman into a pornstar...assumes there is such a thing as a "normal" woman.
And that there is nothing normal about porn stars.
As I said in another one of these threads that was floated around, coersion and brainwashing. OTOH if you actually try it and it works, you (& friend) will thankfully end up in prison and the wife will get rid of a useless suitcase pimp wannabe.
