I caught Will Clark on a call-in show on Sirius radio. He talked about the gay porn industry; interesting. He said he thought his best movie was Island Guardian. Hmmmm. Anyway, to the point of this post.

One caller talked about naming porn films, inventive or more exactly humorous names. Will mentioned his flick Invaders From Uranus (groan!)(has anyone seen this?). The caller brought up Little Orphan Trannie. (extra groan!)

I think that’s my next career—writing names for porn films. The titles I hate are the ones with no imagination or that leave nothing to the imagination, like:

Hairy Assed Daddies
Cum Suckers
Food Fuck
Fuck Factory

The better ones improvise. Like flick names out there that take off from TV shows, like:

Everybody Does Raymond
The Young and the Hung
Northern Exposures

From music and movies, like:

Sweet Homo Alabama

And, of course a ton just from movies

Bill and Ted’s Sexcellent Adventure
Sex, Guys and Videotape

Will also said Falcon and Colt refuse to do humorous titles or takeoff titles. Too bad. A little inventiveness might help sell the product.
