Agree with BlackSix . VDR had a bobybuilding phase, and pics of her showed a very high muscularity (for a woman), like you see in professional female bodybuilders. It takes many years to get to that level without help. Some women may be genetically blessed with an oversized clit. But if a bodybuilder happens to have an oversized clit, I don't think genetics is the reason. And VDR did not sport the big clit in her early films.

Some simple anatomy here. If she pees out the end of that protrusion, then it is a penis.
