I bought a Whitezilla title from Hushhush Entertainment. If you go to the manufacturer's website it says if you submit your e-mail address, the DVD's title and click you've read their policy and approve they will send you an unlock code for a bonus scene. I've tried a couple times and get a message they've sent me the code, however I've never received the unlock code. My computer remembers and each time I resubmit it autofills my correct address so I'm sure I've submitted the right e-mail address. I've also clicked off the box indicating I've read their policy and approve. I have tried 3 times over almost 2 months so I think I should have gotten the code. Anyone else have this problem? I hope this is the right area of the forum to submit this question. If not I don't mind the moderators sending my question to the right place. Thanks!

Check your spam or junk folder. If you have one. I give 'em one of my yahoo email accounts and that's where it goes for me.
Which movie do you have? If it's the second one I think that is the scene with Kara Novak and you DO NOT want to miss that one. Yes, I'm biased! If you still don't have that code let me know which one you need and I'll just post the code (briefly) here.

Can't you just put the disc into your computer and look at the directory and look for a scene-length .VOB file (something like 200,000 KB) and use VLC Media Player or something like that to play it?

Thanks for the replies. I don't see anything in my spam folder other than the usual bogus subject headers with porn type subjects, but definitely nothing that sounds like a response from Hushhush. Big thanks to "nateglass" since he's given me some support info. I'll definitely follow up since I need that access to the bonus scene. I'm not too thrilled giving up my e-mail address, but I'm using my rarely used one so it's expendable. "Harry Patel" that's a thought, but I'm way too stupid to do that. If I don't get a response from their support I may have to put in the effort. "HeyNow" the title I purchased was the first Whitezilla "Sorry Daddy...." but you may have talked me into going for that second title. Thanks for the offer of the code.

"nateglass" I e-mailed the support e-mail address you gave me on the 21st and I never got a reply from Hushhush (and it's now the 30th of January). I'd prefer not to have to call, so do you have any other suggestions. Thanks!

Thanks "HeyNow!" The e-mail address I submitted to Hushhush is/was my Yahoo e-mail (backup) address. I'll reply when I get around to checking the DVD, but this week is kind of busy for me. Give me a week or so. Again, many thanks!
