I understand that VCA is now part of Hustler. On Hustler content is most of our content in one streaming package. AEBN has all of our content for VOD and we have not been paid by VCA/Hustler for ages. Does anyone know a good legal company in the US to take these people to court on a no win no fee basis? It is straight forward case and Hustler/VCA have no grounds to fight back at all as the contract has 'No Electronic rights are given' written in big letters in one of the main paragraphs. I was wondering if anyone else had had problems with old VCA contract now being retroactivily made into electronic rights included? [Link] |
