I just tried watching Bellas great scene in Service Animals 6 but all I kept seeing were those tears, and those damn pictures of a cute little Mormon girl before Porn ruined her life. This is sad.

Calm down, take a deep breath, remember we were all kids at one time, look at how we all grew up, ah, maybe not a good idea, since most of us (well, at least me) are perverts.
So remember, ABC (not aybesea) did a hack job, taking everything out of context, using copyrighted materials without permission (I think), and ultimately had a negative plan in mind.
Try listening to the commentary on Fashionistas. Bella comes off as someone who enjoys what she is doing. I tend to put more credence into this commentary which appears to contain no editing than I give to an edited interview with her mother present that appears to have taken place at least a year ago (based on topics discussed with Bella vs topics that were mentioned, but not discussed with Bella, like winning an AVN award last year).
Even if ABC didn't edit the interview to suit their purposes, I find the fact that Bella's mother was present during the interview somewhat disturbing with regard to the accuracy of the interview...Can you imagine telling someone that you enjoyed a 12 guy anal gang bang in front of your mother?
I think Bill says it all. The issues and feelings are valid, but the presentation was not. There is some poster on the Lukeford.com site, who purports to be an ABC employee, who had some other comments about why the show was so aggressively anti-porn. Whether it's true or not, it's an interesting note. I also think Patrick Collins's comments on the Belladonna mega-thread are very germane.
I mean, I thought "Fashionistas" was the best adult film I'd ever seen, and Bella's performance so far beyond what I'd ever expect ANY human being to do -- total fantasy material, perhaps, but not something you actually DO -- that I could only assume she did it to fulfill some personal desire. Given the people involved in the production, I can't imagine Evil Angel being devious or exploitative. So there's just a huge disconnect there. I would actually say the ABC show has re-aroused my interest in Belladonna, because now I know her better as a person (though, unlike most porn stars, her personality seemed very real on screen).

I always watch a girl's eyes. You can tell something of what they are feeling through this. I have not seen the Primetime piece, and I've also not seen tthat mant Bella performances aside from when she works with her fiance Nacho (which sometimes involved Rocco too). But you can see in Buttwoman iz Bella, Rocco Supermoto Hard, Animal Trainer 10, Killer Pussy 14, Blowjob Impossible 3, and No Limits 1 that she is INTO what she is doing, she's having great sex with a man she loves.
She does a good job from the few other times I have seen her, but she doesn't have quite the same spark in her eye in, for example, Wet N'Frosty. I can believe that the emotional connection isn't there, and that she doesn't feel quite as good about herself after working with guys besides Nacho. So perhaps it is the best thing for her to mainly now work with girls onscreen, since she is fully comfortable with her friends such as Calli Cox. Did the Primetime piece mention that Bella now has her own line of girl-girl movies, Bella's Perversions, from Sineplex?

I suspect many of us, also, have had the experience in life of having sex when we were less than enthusiastic about (the person, at least, or maybe because we were drunk at the time) and later (maybe) regretted ... and we didn't even get a dime for it! However, a dozen guys in the ass ... NOT!
So, is she still with Nacho or not? The primetime piece made it sound like she was a naive young girl who just fell for some sweet-talking from Nacho but that it didn't work out. And then they weren't even at the same table in the video they showed of the avn awards.
Bella and Nacho were still together at AAE, he stopped by to see her at the Evil Angel booth to say hello and share a kiss, before he had to leave for the afternoon.
This is according to the ABC news web site, so take it with the appropriate grain of salt I suppose, but there's probably no reason for them to misrepresent this issue.

I was just trying to add to the available pool of info. If the engagement is on, terrific. But the AEE anecdote, for instance, certainly might predate the ABC report and not be relevant. All of that's basically just gossip anyway, though.
More important to me is the Luke Ford interview with Belladonna. It didn't exactly allay my concerns 100 percent, but I feel a lot better about things now. I guess it's safe to put Ass Worship 2 back in the player.

You're right. It was written in such a way that someone who doesn't read it carefully would attribute that statement as a quote from Bella.
It is apparently an opinion of the author, which wasn't stated in the course of the interview, and, as such, has no business being printed within the text of the interview.
If some information stated in some other posts by Pontus Maximus is correct, the interview was probably done by "the gossip columnist formerly known as Luke Ford". If that's true, he has always had a bug up his ass that he thinks that the majority of porn companies are funded by the mob. however, he has never been able to substantiate any of his claims.
The former Luke Ford's writing style is often very self-referential. The Costa Rica reference is to another topic on the setgo.com site. You can find it in the archives if you're interested. It's not particularly worth it, but it will at least explain why that sentence seems to come out of nowhere.

The special on Primetime about Bella was such a farse! You could tell they tried to make a story about the corporate corruption and profit from porn but since they got NO COMMENT from the major corporations they had to invent a shock piece with clever editing and sound bites from Bella Donna.
They could have picked anyone to spotlight in that piece and made it a scandal....
She is still and will always be one of my fav's to watch as her performances are un-fakeable
hey, you know somwhere near the end of that abc segment where it talked about bella's mom who was suppose to be involved in bella's project or something like that, but the deal fell through? why did it fall through? and why the hell would her mother wanna get involved? also, who was bella's friend who filmed that scene with the black dude? did she retire or is she still active? did abc say why she got into the bizz?
