I posted in the "Can't send private messages on this forum" thread, and later edited my post to add another sentence. I previewed the edited post, and clicked the "edit" button and receive the "thanks for your reply" (or whatever is the wording) confirmation. Then, when I re-open the thread, my edit does not appear. My post remains the same as original, without the added sentence.
Also I noticed in Porn Porn there is a thread "Outsourcing Technical Work?" in which pat362 mentions he has edited his earlier post in the same thread, but there is no indication of his earlier post being edited.
Edit to add: the pat362 post I referenced has now changed, and now it shows the edit.
