Just how would one, the viewer, know the STD is being transferred? If that's what the viewer gets off on, how does he or she knows it's being done? Not like STD's are transferred 100% of the time, and it's not like you can see them being transferred. So where is the pay off? Does the camera crew later follow the talent to the clinic and film them getting their test results back? I can just see it. The person getting their results and their disappointed they didn't get herpes or syphilis or whatever.
