| Saki At-Large 2087 Posts 11/99 | Posted - Apr 24 2000 : 11:54AM Also, I believe that five_star mentioned a while ago on the forum that the reason why some information like running time, director, and cast lists are missing is that they are not listed on the box, and the only way to get that info would be to watch every disc, which is not feasible given the number of DVDs they deal with and the staff that they have. We actually have employees working overtime and on weekends with this project but it is VERY time consuming. As Sonic mentioned, our box cover scans are of very good quality. The reason for the extra sharp image is because we make several color corrections and enhancements when we do the scans. Unfortunately, these extra steps take more time but we feel that it is worth it because much more picture detail is available.
