If your boss won't budge on implementing change, I would recommend that you start exploring other adult shops to work for instead. That way, you might find a more updated environment that you'll thrive more in.

BUT, I have this boss who is part owner. He's been in the business since the early 60's and thats how he still treats it. He wants to sell dvd's tht are 10 yrs or older for 40 bucks. I mean fuck.... He hands me a price list for toys that are so yesterday. I mean he wont even sell california exotics... He doesnt get it. AT ALL. I had turned this store around.I wa getting old regs back the previous manager had scared off.I run a good clean and fair store.I dont ty milking my customers for every penny they might have. He actually thinks 4 bucks for an old ass dvd is ok. what should i do? I wanna just knock the fuck out of him. ideas? [Link] |
