One suspects that you guys really need to find niche sites that appeal to you. I really prefer the "untouched" photo sets they put out years ago, where the skin tones and colors were natural. I posted this on ADT in 2009. WARNING!!! I took out a £1.00 2 day membership trial on Brazzers. Most of the scenes are the usual "suck and fuck" safe couples type sex, albeit with hot babes and good production standards. Because of the lack of edge in the well shot scenes, I canceled the trial membership as requested in the sign up, within 2 days of taking out the trial membership, I was then sent an e-mail confirming that my membership had been canceled. I checked that my membership was canceled on the site 3 days later, but my login was still active, so I canceled Brazzers again. I then checked my debit card, it had been charged £39,95 sterling for a months full membership, taken on the same day I took out the $1.00 trial. I think the £1.00 trial is a hook with a big (50 cents a day viewing) worm on it. Having cancelled again I Hope I won't be charged next month, I think membership must be down on Brazzers and they are trying to get new members and $$$$ in the bank. Has any other ADT members had any problems with Brazzers and membership payments? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been charged another £18.69 by the same Brazzers billing company, 3 days after the £39.95 Brazzers payment was removed from my bank account. I have contacted Brazzers by e-mail twice, but all I get back is a automated response. In the e-mail they give a U.S.A contact telephone number (I'm U.K based) they also give you the option of a heavily discounted monthly rate if you don't cancel your membership (worth knowing if you like Brazzers). I will contact my debit card company to see if they can trace why I have been charged £59.00 = ($96.00) for my £1.00 Brazzers trial. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When i took out the Brazzers trial 2 e-mails landed in my inbox both looked exactly the same, so I deleted one of them thinking I had a double hit e-mail. I had no idea that I had joined the Brazzersreel trial and paying the $1.00 (£0.63)for doing so. I have since checked my deleted items, the second e-mail is still there, they look exactly the same but one reads www.brazzerreel.com instead of www.brazzers.com which I did not notice and obviously did not cancel the Brazzerreel. I have now cancelled the Brazzerreel membership and received a cancellation e-mail. I put down the £0.63 and the £18.69 loss to my own stupidity and eagerness to see the trial of the Brazzers content and not unticking an unseen box for other sites. That still leaves the problem of Brazzers charging for a trial and a full (overpriced) membership on the same day, so when I canceled the next day (within the 48 hours) it was too late, I was already a fully paid up member. The billing company is not Epoch, cc bill or LocalBilling, it came up as manstermed.com on my statement. There is no link to this company on the membership activated e-mail I received, so you have to contact Brazzers to cancel. Even if you send an e-mail stating your problems with the payments and your unhappiness, you only get a stock automated response. Also on the join Brazzers page after the list of prices for membership, it lists epoch.com as the management provider, I e-mailed epoch about my payment problems, they e-emailed me back very promptly stating that they were unable to locate any account with my name, user name or password on there files, it all gets very confusing. So I'll be here until my membership runs out next month and I won't be coming back.. But that isn't what they charging sometimes for british people they say +- 94 GPB and for people in Europe the price is 66.95, 75.95, 85.95 or 95.95 depending on when you look (believe me I saw all 4). ------------------------------------- Brazzers does have strange rates. I subscribed and paid in euros. But everytime I checked the price (before I subscribed) it said something else. It varies between 66.95 euros and 96.95 euros for a year subscription. That's a difference of 30 euro!! And it just depends on when you look. Is this normal? I had previously been billed in $ before the account expired, so that may have played a role (I'm not sure). Probably won't work on a first subscription, but if you already have login credentials from a previous sub, it may be worth it for people in Europe to try to get the cheaper dollar rates. [Link]

I think part of it is because of their "unlimited" memberships they had. I can't remember when this deal was last offered but they had some promotion where you could get unlimited memberships to Wicked, Digital Playground, Reality Kings, and a few others for $50 each and the membership was good for as long as you kept your account. So at first it would seem like they would want to re-bill you automatically but I think its more cost effective for them to shed those unlimited memberships with the hopes of future $20 and $30 payments to those other sites. This year, nothing, it just expired one day without any notice. Edit: ^^ As indicated above my Brazzers account expired briefly a few months ago. Access to those unlimited add-ons (RK and Mofos in my case) was naturally suspended along with it, but they were right back as soon as I extended the main subscription, at no extra cost. Click to expand In their defense...when you're putting out that much content I would imagine it would start to get hard to keep coming up with good set-up/senarios when you only have a limited amount of time to play it out and get to the sex...and try not to repeat yourself too often. I admire the fact that they put in the effort because it would be so easy for them to just have the girl posing nude or in her underwear and the guy just appears out of nowhere and they start having sex. Who are the truly good writers in the adult industry? 2. Are good writers really valued (or even necessary). Sports magazines will move objects around (say a football or baseball) on a photograph if it suits them. I collect the photos, but it doesn't bother me nearly as much as the video content. [Link]

Click to expand I'm sure there are some good writers in porn but I'd imagine those that are mostly just write for the feature stuff. Plus, keep in mind that even if someone were writing good stuff it would lose a lot because you have that material being spoken by people who probably aren't good actors and directed by people who may be good at shooting sex but no so much with shooting people acting. There isn't time to do lots of reshoots to get things as good as they can be and the girls usually have to learn their dialogue about an hour before the shoot while getting their make-up done. Also, the writer is limited by the cost of the shoot and the enviornment. Your almost always shooting in or around a house, in an office, or a set made to look like a classroom, locker room, or doctor's office. Lastly, it has to be short and always lead to the people having sex. There's so many limitations it must be a tough job to do crank that stuff out in a regular ongoing basis for an audience who really doesn't care that much about it in the first place. The set up is there to help sell the sex scene not be the main attraction. I like the fact that there is a set up but never expect the quality of it to be great. Brazzers tend to do a lot better job at it than many others who try and do it. [Link]

The entire scene is only 16 minutes because what seems like at least half of it was removed for hard content. What likely would have been one of my favorite Brazzers scenes if left intact was instead edited down to an absolute mess that felt more like an extended preview than an actual scene.
