In order to achieve the perfect "pretzel shape" that regboy and some other gonzo watchers are seeking, a few somewhat nonessential parts need to be removed and/or altered. I would propose removal of the bottom two sets of ribs along with elongation of the anterior collateral ligaments at both knees. This would allow a girl to assume shapes that Gumby might not dare. And, as always, the entry sites for the surgery can be strategically located so as not to be visible. To defray the cost of surgery, the girls can take part in a video called "Extreme Sexual Makeover: Pretzel Edition." The end result, of course, would be an award winning gonzo interracial series called "Salt N Pepper Pretzels." [Link]
