I like my fake lesbians 21sextury style so I questioned my buddy when he suggested that I take a look at his advance copy of Intense Industries Dirty Old Lesbians:

The women are for the most part over weight, unattractive and hairy but in one of the later scenes there is a 5 minute or so up to the wrist fisting segment. There is no mention of it or picture on the front or back cover art. I could be mistaken but it's possible that this scene may have been meant for European distribution and whoever put this compilation together may not have watched the scene all the way through. It will be interesting to see once the title streets what if any kind of reaction there is.
