No disrespect to other posters but for a female participant to arrange such an event and be in control of it as "the director" brings about many potential problems. She has to have someone to oversee it all, arrange it all and someone has to be controlling it while not participating in it. When you watch a film like this there is more that goes into it than most realize. Performers are tested for disease, they have to sign contracts, and if they become troublesome they can get black marked so they can't get work in the future. It keeps the cast in line and keeps the production successful. Arranging all of this is a big headache. That is why we have companies out there who do the headache work while the performers are expected to just perform. No one likes a director barking out commands but this is what most deal with, especially in a gangbang.
