This is not a pharmacology class, but since you went into some details here, we might as well go all the way here.
Both pills (cialis or viagra) and the injection work the same way: by dilating blood vessels. Not so surprising. Porn sex just isn't like normal sex. It's a performance. Even if a guy is young I imagine that the novelty wears off fairly quickly and what was a super hot experience becomes work.
^ It's not normal sex by a long shot, not even close. It literally isn't normal to sustain an erection over 30-40 minutes of sex and then ejaculate on demand. According to the National Institute of Health, the average time is 5-7 minutes.
For sex that lasts 30-40 minutes and and is even remotely realistic, watch girl/girl porn; which is ironic, considering all the contentions about girl/girl porn being "unrealistic."

Sex is more than fucking and some people last longer than 5 minutes. Sex for me lasts around a half-hour or 20 minutes. And that includes oral, kissing, and play around. If you just stuck it in and cum, you suck at sex.
There's a difference in how Viagra/Cialis work and alprostadil(injection). Viagra and Cialis are called PDE5 inhibitors, when you are sexually stimulated , nitric oxide is released and the allow more blood to flow into the penis , and also restrict blood flow out .
