I almost guarantee that the Shelby Belle and Tommy scene is only available at her website. Notice in one of the pictures that Tommy is wearing a condom. If those pictures were taken from the kind of gonzo movie that Shelby Belle usually performs in, then there is no way the guy would be wearing a condom, because gonzo companies almost never shoot scenes with condoms.
