I'm confident that those images came from the Lucky 7 episode of the VIP CREW web site. She's in the 4th picture on that page; click to see.
They also claim to list every girl in the shoot, in the images below, but I'll be darned if I can match her up to any of the girls they list. I'm guessing she was some sort of "extra" or a one (or two) time girl that didn't do much (at least for that site).
