There are definitely some similarities to Gia when you look at the facial features individually, but when you put them together somehow it doesn't seem right. I tried to compare this pic with other pics of Gia, but it was hard because 1. most pics of Gia you'll find on the net are a few years old now, and 2. in most of her pics, she's not smiling. She's either got on her orgasm face if it's a porn scene, or a fairly serious look, with maybe just a slight smile, if it's a pic from some kind of event. It was not a total loss though. Have a look at this pic from AVN '09. This would have been taken a month before the photo in question, and she's got an open-mouthed smile. They just don't look alike to me. (But her head is turned to the side.) Here are some other pics of Gia to compare, and I'll let you guys be the judge: 1. showing face shape 2. showing open-mouthed smile If anyone has more info to add, please do. Also, envyfan, where did you find the photo? That might help us, even if you think it was a strange place.
