I know this is recent. No luck at IAFD. Is the thin guy James Deen? The other guy has two earrings on. Is this A2M #9?

I believe that scene is from Double Parked 13 from DVSX.

The second guy is Sascha. Double Parked 13 has Nick Manning listed as the other guy with James Deen.
