I don't think that is Carmen Cocks, a.k.a. Jaysem, Joysen, Joysem, Jana H., Josie, Janova, Carrie, Lisen, Joyce, Britney, Sandra Kalermen, Sandra Lane.
The boobs of the unknown girl are too big in my opinion.

^ I dunno. The similarities are so strong... so I went looking. Either Sandra (Carmen, whatever) has some variation from day to day (time of the month), or she got a boob job. A really, really good one. Look at this set; particularly the shot with her bra on. Looks the same as the "mystery girl" to me in the boob department.
I must admit though, when I originally posted this, I thought maybe she was wearing a pushup bra in the "mystery" picture, as I noticed that Sandra's boobs looked smaller. The more I look, the more I'm convinced she got a boob job.

So I'm now more like 99.9% sure that the mystery girl is indeed Sandra. But I'd like to hear other people's opinions too.

Well, I stumbled across pictures today that reminded me of this and now I'm 100% sure I've found the girl. She goes by "Nessa". The original picture seems to be a screen shot from Russian Eighteens Volume 29. That scene is also on eastblocamateurs.com, as these screen shots have that watermark on them. Here are some video clips from that scene.
I can't seem to find a DVD box cover for the movie, but I'm quite sure that the screen shots I linked show the same girl as the original poster's picture.
But it appears the Zyathon was also correct. Even though EBI doesn't list Nessa as an alias for Nancy Sweet, apparently it's her, as the freeones forums threads all say that Nessa is Nancy Sweet.
