You're right, Harley looks quite different in that photo, but I believe it's only because unusual pose from her.
There was a long time that nothing new came from Harley. But now lately I have seen her in Double Air Bags #16 and in myfriendshotmom.com. Great to see her back! She's looks awesome and her performances are top class.
I would like to hear more of her too. There's so little info of her around. Has she done any other scenes lately?
