From the girls listed in your cast list, the only lady with a rack even near that big and round is Bree Brooks but it's not her. I'm thinking your rider is none other than KIKI DAIRE and somehow she got left off of whatever cast listing it is that you have. I mean, it's a Mile High Extreme compilation; there's got to be more than four women and one guy in the cast.

Both Movies By Mail and Adult DVD Now carry the movie.
I went to the Mile High web site to see if that would help but it's either outdated or abandoned (last updated in the middle of October?)

I think it's Bree Brooks but it's hard to confirm with the poor quality of the cover scan.
