I was a huge fan of the various gangbang(incl oral gangbang) series - anabolic gangbang, american cock-sucking championship etc. I am also a huge fan of the double-decker sandwich and blow-me-sandwich series which seem to be fewer and far between now(I believe BMS-14 is out in Dec? DDS seems to have stopped)

I would love to see others chime in with their ideas and variations and who knows - maybe somebody might take this up seriously and start shooting....!!...fingers crossed ..;-)...
I strongly believe, and am a lover of gangbangs that involve two girls with multiple guys. one girl multi-guys to me looks more like an assault and therefore less sexy. So here goes(my "vision") of a possible new series:
1) Name: The All New Gangbanging Cum-Swapping Championships
2) Plot: Each episode(DVD) to have one contest between two pairs of pornstars. The winner in each contest/DVD moves to the next level to meet a new pair and so on. Finals winning pair get their own special 20+ guys gangbang (& other prizes? ideas?)

It's hard to film the kind of gang-bang you suggest. Because the camera can focus only on one lady at a time. And moving the camera-shot from one lady to another without any rhyme or reason often annoys the viewers. Because the viewer usually likes one lady more than the other. And every time the camera moves away from the lady he likes most, he gets annoyed a little.
Two ladies at the same time can work out well, when they are both in the same camera-shot most of the time. Which usually involves some lesbian play between them. But lesbian play is pretty hard to accomplish when there are guys lining up to DP both ladies.
Perhaps a better way to make the gang-bang look more sexy and less of an assault is to have a gang-bang within an orgy. There is such a thing as the most popular girl at a party. The girl usually flirts with every guy in the room. And she is usually more attractive than most other girls in the room are. And if the party happens to be a sex-party. Then the most popular girl in the room will naturally get banged by every guy in the room. Not necessarily all at the same time. But one, or two, or three guys at a time. And the guys don't always have to be the ones to approach the popular girl. The only time during a gangbang that both girls need to be in the frame is during the cumshots.
