Wow. HI Serra and welcome to the boards. I don't have much advice to give you since I don't know much about the industry but I am totally looking forward to checking out your scenes. Have you worked with any studios yet? And do you have a manyvids page? There are a bunch of posters on here that don't go for OnlyFans due to the lack of transparency.
Thank you bridge, I really appreciate the compliments. Right now, I have a PH page (Serra_Angel) and an OnlyFans page (Serra_Angel), plus I do snapchat as well. I give the snapchat free to anyone that joins either fan club. I would love to hear more about what you mean by "lack of transparency" for OnlyFans. That is something I've never heard of. Please educate me!
I haven't shot for any studios yet, as it seems many of them have slowed down on recruiting due to the pandemic. That, and I've heard so many horror stories about agents. I have to have one to shoot with any major studio, I've discovered that. But the act of finding one that is reliable and honest is tricky. I am looking though.

I see what you were talking about. The whole paying to see what you are paying for and then finding out, you might not be getting much. I agree with the sentiment. I've subscribed to other performers and got disappointed when I realized that all I was paying a monthly fee for was the ability to buy more.
Obviously, I can't speak for every performer, but I try to be fair. I have the same videos on PH and OnlyFans. The videos that I sell, are the same across both sites. The free videos are also the same across both sites. I would post a link to the PH, but those links aren't allowed here. At least on there you do get a preview of what you get. I charge about the same for either, they have the same content, so hopefully I'm doing it right.
I'll look into the ManyVids. I think I haven't because I believe you have to sell every video on there? I would feel bad selling videos that I offer for free on other sites. And seeing as only four videos of mine are for sell currently, with dozens for free, I don't believe I would have a large enough library to sell on ManyVids.What do you think?

You might even find you don't need to get an agent, because the studios have enough people requesting you. I would reach out to some of the girls who describe themselves as "self booking" and see if they can give you a steer (you can only ask and they can only say no, so what's the worst that can happen).

I'm still getting used to Twitter and sometimes forget about it. I'm not going to rush the agent process, I'll continue to do my research. Hopefully things will work out if I put in the work beforehand. I have talked to some other performers for advice and such, but not in regards to "self-booking". Hey beautiful, the most important would be to build a growing fan base. Twitter would be your main weapon in that race. Interact with your fans, upload videos and photos, you can even start interacting with some established members of the industry, like your favorite performers, releasing a mainstream scene would be a good vehicle to reach as many fans as possible. You can also see how they use Twitter. Already followed you on Twitter BTW! On OnlyFans you can offer free trials and try to update with content as often as you can. The key is always to try to interact as more as you can with your fans. On another it'be better to post the actual links of your platforms than posting that photo above, it's easier to just click on the link to go to each platform.

Hi Serra, I like the sincerity of your posts. Its a breath of fresh air. Hopefully you can produce some good content I have a lot of issues with the porn industry with stereotypes. That being said you could profit from it. The whole "Stepsister" theme with interracial step-siblings is popular so if comfortable it could be a good idea. Hi there Damien. I agree with every word you said. I make it an effort to communicate with all my fans. To be completely honest, if you are giving me money via a fan subscription, then I want you to feel like that money was well spent. It may only be $15, but I don't want you to feel like it was $15 wasted. If you email me, aside from me being asleep or working, I reply as soon as I can. I post a lot of free content as well. Have you made friends or got a good rapport with anyone working in the industry who can point you in the right direction? If not, it may be worth reaching out to a performer who's worked with a decent number of studios and can tell you who they feel are trustworthy and find a talent agent who won't abuse their position.
The fact you've been doing sex work for a year should fill that fellow performer with confidence that you're serious and committed so I hope it works out for you when this pandemic eases or comes to an end.

Take this as a pinch of salt, since I don't really know him, but I've talked a few times with him on twitter, I've seen his content and read some of his interviews and he seems to be a decent nice guy. Besides this, a good option for those new to the industry is to trade scenes with other performers. I'm sure there are many who would be very happy to make content with you. Like I have the impression watching your photos that once this situation will be over all the major studios will hire you :)
That said, just for curiosity, are you interested for now only in "normal" stuff or are you open/curious also in rough/fetish scenes?

Self booking is cool if your already established,but you need an agents help .If an agency turns you down tell them you will shoot 10 scenes for free, fuck it. As long as they are with mainstream studios . its not about the couple hundred dollar paycheck. Gotta get your name out their, to be a success on Onlyfans. If I was trying to break through I would get on the bus to San Fernando or Miami. show up to every agency. Barge up in their building and say here is my resume , I'm tested and ready, whose my agent! Unless you have some money saved up to hire popular porn stars to make threesomes with.

Hi Serra! First, welcome to ADT! It's always great to have performers here and it's less common since the advent of social media and sites like OnlyFans. Second, you're absolutely gorgeous! That black-and-white gym photo is just stunning! I'm guessing that once the industry starts up again you'll have no problem with getting booked by major companies. I'd love to see you work for Mason given that I love her style and have an account with her XEmpire network, and she even has a site dedicated to black performers called AllBlackX.
Finally, I'd recommend reaching out to some established performers on social media and ask for some quick advice on reputable agents, companies, and/or advice on self-booking. From listening to interviews with girls in the industry I know one piece of advice they always give is to research every company you're considering working for or agent you're considering hiring. As in life, knowledge is the most powerful thing you can have in the business, and the confidence to not let anyone take advantage of you.
