If you want to take advantage of this great offer while it's still around please have your Kickback redemption requests submitted no later than 8/27 to ensure that they are processed prior to 9/1. Their coupon structures and pricing encourage large orders. It was fairly common for customers to redeem $100 in Kickback credit, getting $150 in return and then place a large order qualifying them for another 12% to 15% off the order. Planning pricing structures to account for this type of thing can be very restrictive. Discontinuing the +50% offer will enable them to be more flexible when planning new coupons, promotions and specials. Edited by - Drew Black on Aug 7 2002 [Link] |
