I have to say that for a number of reasons, one of which includes bad quality DVDs, and another being their public face and the way they carry themselves as a company, I don't really bother with Extreme Associates anymore. I've certainly found stuff from them I've liked in the past (most noteably from Tom Byron), but I'm to the point now where the quality of their product, image, and the way they do business is almost enough for me to not even look at stuff I might otherwise be interested in. It's just not worth it to me when I can find plenty of great porn out there from companies that carry themselves in a more professional manner.
To speak directly to your question, though. I like intense and mildly rough sex, but some of what Extreme produces is downright disgusting to me, and I've now taken to avoiding them like I avoid Max Hardcore. They've produced good stuff, don't get me wrong, but shock porn for it's own sake repulses me, and I sometimes find myself wondering how they can, in good conscience, produce some of the scenes they produce. This is just my opinion though--and I don't slight anyone else for having different ones. :)
