thank you for taking such interest in my movies victory. I"m not going to directly respond in the "other" thread... I'm not sure how u can say that every single shot in "Feeding Frenzy" was shot "up", when most of it was POV with me holding the camera down, except for the tease stuff, who wants to see a girls ass from a birds eye view? Without going into detail, there is a reason I use the lenses I use and how i shoot, if u cant figure it out, stop trying. This type of POV makes for great images i think, if you want to see zoomed in shit keep watching private (other than JYL) and barely legal, I want to get as much in the shot as i can in great detail. Why would i need a second camera man? I do most everything myself even boxcovers. No matter how good a movie you make there is always someone out there that cant stand it. I look forward to viewing your movies in the future...
I give you a lot of credit for even responding to this guy, 'victory.' His approach and criticism was like a 7th grade 'meet me at the bike racks after middle school' taunt. Feeding frenzy was terrific; and the filmwork was brilliant. I think a lot of people don't get the idea of gonzo porno. Your work speaks for itself; this guy is a 'mental midget.'
As far as your new stuff, 'Youth Corrupted' Trained Teens is gonna rock. The boxcover for 'trained teens' gave my girlfriend wet pantie syndrome; I think she owns every belt you use in the flick; I just need to prove to her that they are better as a leash than for holding up the pants (again, accesories and costuming for your movies are A+ too.) This looks to be an amazing title; (I really hope you do tons more POV work, especially one on one...u the man!)

Really, you do the graphic design on your boxcovers. You do a very nice job on most of your covers, I tip my hat to you Sir.
But whatever you do don't stop finding those wonderful outfits for those wonderful girls you cast. Keep up the nice work!

Unrelenting POV does NOT make for good images. Maybe I am missing your "genius" on this, but what other genre does it? Movies, commercials, sitcoms? They don't because after 5 minutes the viewer is cramped and reeling. Pron is not different on this. Ok for visual interest once in awhile, but not for every general scene.
No, we don't need a background of Pago Pago to make a sex flick like Private, which can be lame, but anyone with a camera could get a lesson or two about thier techniques.
As far as detail is concerned, I suggest you pause the movie at one of your close up wide angle shots and take a look. If it was your "artistic" intent to make a normal girl look grotesque then you are doing a good job.
You need a second camera to give some relief to the extreme perspective of your hand held.

Complaining about 'Unrelenting POV' in a gonzo Jules Jordan flick is like bitching about singing in a musical or kungfu in a Jackie chan movie.
I love your bold statements; by the way, what is 'pron?' And the 'who cares' attitude is not very relevant when a lot of people 'do' care. Your not trying to help, Jules doesn't need 'help, he's not handicapped. Your suggestions don't make sense to what he's trying to accomplish. Its like asking him to change his approach to 'pron'. Do you tell Picasso to stop painting abstract because you like realism? Jules having another camera in the room would destroy the gonzo feel completely.

Looks like somebody is a wannabe porn director. Jules is the hottest gonzo director for a reason. Ive seen almost all of his releases and I don't ever remember seeing one of the lovely stars looking grotesque. Jules keep up the good work and don't let overly analitical people bother you.

Actually, I´m a pretty decent director. I did six or seven movies that didn´t sucked too much under RIDICULOUS budget and shooting conditions.
But I never had the chance to work with real DV cameras, get more than 24 hours to edit a film, and work with a decent cast. I could, but I simply refuse to kiss the large and bulbous ass of Stanlay Miranda, that no-talent hack who takes care of the brazilian branch of Evil Angel and hired a lot of zero-talented jackasses like Carla Braga and Valter José to taint the once-renowed quality seal of Brazil´s EA.
Hmmm... maybe that´s the reason why I hate that fat fuck so much, and I do everything I can to boycott Evil Angel in my magazines, even if I have nothing against John Stagliano or Tricia Devereaux? Yeah, I think so!
