Not to make this a political thread (and will step lightly here), but I find your view very naïve for the times we live in. We're far closer than you think to having *all* of porn banned, and there are some folks on a particular far side of the political spectrum who would chomp at the bit to use a case like this to demonstrate obscenity and then exploit it to the SCOTUS who, it seems, is willing to buck all precedent.

One of the two parties in the US Election this year is literally campaigning on making porn illegal.
