It's weird, her listing on the IAFD lists her as male. Indeed all of the entries there are for she-male films. But the one review that discusses her states that she is a woman. Clearly from the video you linked, she is female. I can't imagine a post-op would look that realistic.
Other than that, I've never heard of her.

yeah, she's a genetic female as far as i know. I just knows that she liked appearing in tranny films. Some girls actually like trannys...believe me. that's the only thing i've ever seen her in though.
