Stephanie Page, aka Shaime, worked around 1990 to 92. I think her first was MDD 3, Heather Lere on the cover. She had the dominant role in Forever but Savannah got the cover. She also had a prominent role in The Come On, a comical movie where Mike Horner plays a Don Juan character giving advice to men. I heard she was over 40.
