You could be talking about two videos directed by Gordon Van Der Meer for Leisure Time in 1994. One was called Amazing Micro Video and starred Ron Jeremy, Sean Rider, Mikela Dee and Killian. The other one was called Micro Video Super Special and starred Rick Rogue, Debi Diamond, Melanie Moore, Vision and Pamela Dee. Both videos used a micro camera in the pussy (not the mouth) and both were extremely boring.
In the same year, a German video company called Skyle X Video produced some microvision videos as well. They were very much a hit and miss affair. Deep Inside , directed by a certain Mark Richter, was fairly good; Wichsspiele was even more boring than the Leisure Time videos.
