Bought from here before. Website says they will ship to any country and to contact them if your country isn't listed during checkout. Had a defective DVD but was able to get a refund without issue (title was no longer in stock; I bought the last copy from them so an exchange wasn't possible)

Only ships to US and Canada but won't charge an arm for Canadian shipping unlike most companies. Managed to get a discontinued DVD here I wasn't able to find anywhere else. Downside was it was a disc in a sleeve only (no case and artwork) Only thing I can say I dislike about this site is they seem to prefer over the phone service instead of emails (will take a while to reply back) I could've waited for a reply but had fear of missing out that stock for that title could be low or they might randomly jack up the price if they only learned the title was discontinued once they read my message... (you never know with some sellers)

Never bought from them but their About Us says they do ship worldwide but to avoid customs issues they remove the DVD cases (but will include artwork with the disc) Many sites do this so it's not uncommon. It is possible to buy empty DVD cases from eBay or Amazon (and slide the cover back in) but still sucks for international collectors to have to spend more to get the complete item they originally wanted. IMO if you're not getting the DVD case included the cost of the title you're buying should either be lower or international shipping should be lowered (as there's now less overall weight) Paying full price for both is a rip-off. Should at least get a better deal for one of those things.
