For what it's worth, I general place an order with a European web site at least once a month. American buyers should be prepared for sticker shock with most sites - most stuff costs as least as much as an Evil Angel DVD does here. Also, you need to be aware of the PAL formatting issue before venturing into the Euro market. You can search this site for discussions about PAL vs. NTSC.
Comments: Shipping is free if you order 4 or more. The site is in French, no English translation available. I have ordered from them on many occasions and have only one caveat: they will substitute without prior notification if you don't specify no substitutes when you place the order.
The fact is that my last order is overdue, however I don't blame that on CyberDVDx, I expect customs is the problem. CyberDVDx does ship with confirmation, so you have to sign for the order, which should mean that a lost package won't become an issue. If it does, I'll let ya'll know.
Other stores I have ordered from and would do so again:
EroDVD/EroVideo are both owned by the same outfit. They tend to go with more extreme stuff than I care for - GGG and the like, but they do include some Dorcel, VCA, etc. Their prices are low, the average is probably under $15. They don't have search engines so navigation is a pain and forget about searching for your favorite starlet. *** Edited to add: Shipments are DVD's and covers only, no boxes. You can ask Aline to ship the boxes separately. ***
Orgazmik is very good in some areas, lots of Kelly Trump titles for example, but relatively expensive. If you have a DVD player that can handle PAL as well as NTSC then skip their "USA" choice when entering the site as it is restricted to NTSC discs only.
CyberDVDx and Orgazmik feature screen shots (Orgazmik's are censored); the Ero' twins show front and back box covers.

FAVOURITE STORE: Erodvd.nl (also erovideo.nl-same store) COUNTRY: Netherlands LAST ORDER: Nov. 2002 AVG SHIPPING TIME: 5-7 days (I’m in Ohio)
COMMENTS: Erodvd is the only store outside of the US that I’ve dealt with. I like the choice, free (& discreet) shipping & the low prices. Customer service is very good. I’ve placed 5 or 6 orders & only had 1 problem (a damaged disc)-I emailed Aline & they shipped a free replacement.
I buy from them to get movies that are not available in the US. Main interest is GGG, Puaka, or anything that has Euro babes that I’ve not seen before. I did try a European version of one of the “18 & Nasty” series (it was cheaper than at US stores) BUT it was a very poor transfer. As previously stated, it’s difficult to search for specific titles at erodvd (but I understand they are improving the site).
I’ve been planning on buying some GGG from dvddiscount.tv-but since they use paypal I’m not sure how the recent change in policy at paypal will affect them.
Great idea for a sticky thread. I have bought from both EroDVD/Video and Orgazmik, but really have nothing to add to what Hardware and menace have already written about them.
I am about to go take a look at CyberDvDx right now. I think that my credit card is about to take another hit...Oh well.
I looked at the gay titles on the above-mentioned sites and went into sticker shock! And I thought gay DVD prices here in the states were bad!
I've just recently ordered 2 DVDs from <iSimply the Best </i - at least their prices are better than any others I've found in Europe. The DVDs haven't arrived yet as they are coming by surface mail. I'll amend this posting after their arrival to let you know my thoughts on the transaction.
Addendum: I am very pleased with the transaction. Please see my experience posted here ....
Hardware, Has your experience been that the ship date that they put on their website is accurate. I placed an order with Cyber DVD on 3/23. Their site says that the order shipped on 3/28 (at least that's what I think it says, I almost failed French in Jr. High).
I find it hard to believe that 4 weeks later I haven't received the shipment yet. My credit card was charged on 3/28 as well. I've dealt with some sites that have entered a ship date just to get their system to charge the card, even though the order hasn't shipped yet.
I'm wondering it Cyber DVD is one of these companies.
By the way, did you receive the order that you mentioned in your post as beng "overdue"?
Update, On April 28 I received the Registered Mail slip in my mail and today I picked up my order at the post office. Exactly a month from France to NY.
Bill, I received my shipment almost exactly a month after ordering, and two days after I enquired about it at my post office. The postal employee got one of 'those' looks when I said the package was from France and suggested that it might be delayed a little, which sounds like some 'patriotric' employees are making sure stuff from France goes to the back of the line.
They ship always on ordering day, their FedEx special is very cheap (the fastest and most secure for international buyers) and last but most important... their user support is the best of all (Greetings to Ethan)
Also like their 'Treasure Chest' and coupon specials
STORE: Sexy Avenue COUNTRY: France LAST ORDER: a week ago, got it yesterday, Saturday AVG. SHIPPING TIME: for 24 euros expres, and for 4.70 takes about a week to get to Florida COMMENTS: Great service, great sellection, no customs problem, but you'll have to use French version of their website, since English search engine doesn't show most of their items. Example: in French when i typed "Laure Sainclair" showed her entire catalog, but English showed "Cannot Find" M
It looks like they list titles based on the languages on the DVD. Therefore if there is no English soundtrack, that title doesn't appear on the English version of the website. I understand (but disagree with) the logic behind this.
Bill, i just mentioned that as a guide for anyone who's like me, looking for english or american flag to get into english version of a site. I also understand that it'll take forever to translate description of few thousand items and several thousand users comments and reviews to all of those languages. M
I must put www.cyberdvdx.com on a 'caution' list as they have messed up my last two orders.
On the first order they shipped the wrong DVD and on the second they failed to ship 3 DVD's after sending me a notice that 'the totality' of my order had shipped. I have yet to hear back from them regarding their incorrect shipment, which they charged me for, and just now sent them a note regarding the DVD's they did not include in my last order, which they did not put on the invoice or charge me for.
Updates: CyberDVDx seems to have put much more emphasis on carrying American titles and reduced the amount of Euro titles that they carry from the smaller studios. I haven't ordered anything from them in a while because I wasn't pleased with their lack of response to the issues I listed in my previous post.
BestDVDx is another French company that I can recommend, though their shipping charge is on the order of 22 Euros to the US.
Orgazmik is still going strong. They are very helpful, they will try to get you an unlisted title if you ask, and they are good about answering emails. They also let you specify whether you want the DVD cases or not. The only negative is that a large portion of their catalog isn't in stock, so expect to wait up to a couple of weeks if you purchase titles listed as "On Order."
BuyEuroPorn has a fairly limited selection but is definitely worth looking at. I've made one purchase with them so far and was pleased with the result. Also, they participate in the shopping forums.
EroDVD is still a good place to pick up bargains, but the selection is somewhat limited and Aline can be a little slow about removing titles that are no longer available.
ErosDVD.it is an Italian retailer that I've placed a couple of orders with recently. Their prices are pretty good but shipping to the US is 30 Euros, so placing a larger order is the best way to get your money's worth. I haven't experienced any problems with them yet, so I can't speak to their customer service.
Here are some studio sites that I haven't made purchases from, but are probably OK: FM Video - Italy
One quick comment about FM Video - I tried ordering from them some time last year and unfortunately they'd only take an international order (at that time at least) with a bank transfer, which was certainly prohibitive in my case. Don't know if they've updated their payment gateway since then but that's something to check. They were also slow in answering email enquiries.
I wanted to add a few "insider" information on one European store. I have seen the name Cyberdvdx coming often and I agree with the notes by Hardware and Bill. This store replaces some of the DVDs ordered by others without prior consent. The practice seemed to become more regular as I shopped there and this although I would clearly indicate in the "comments" section of the ordering form that I did not want replacement items. Except in one case, the replacements looked like movies they had problems selling and I wondered if the reason for replacement was lack of stock or forced clearance sale.
I also noted that their website indicated the package (sent with tracking number) had been received after an automatic deadline, although in some cases I had not yet received it.
A case not mentioned is about the refund/exchange of not wanted replacement DVDs. After a while, I decided to send the DVDs back to them using registered mail as recommended. No answer after a month, although I had sent them several messages using both their email address and the website form. I called them and they made me wait several minutes (maybe hoping I would hang up) before telling me that hey had indeed received the DVDs. They agreed to send me a "chosen" DVD instead, which they did.
Finally, they kept sending me emails although I had on several occasions indicated I didn't want to receive newsletters (I'm still receiving them). What's more of a problem to me is that they started sending me porn mails home.
They sure had interesting rebates, but if this means not receiving the DVDs you want and being harassed, it might be better to buy elsewhere.
I made a purchase from AdultDVDx in France recently. I received my order in a little over a week. I find their prices to be average to a little high, but shipping is reasonable, so the overall cost is about average. I haven't had occasion to use their customer service, so no comment there. I would use this store again - rated B .
I made a purchase from BazarDuX in France and never received my order. After waiting three weeks I sent their customer support an email. They responded that the holidays had tied up the French postal service. After another few weeks I sent a second email which they ignored. I sent a third email which was also ignored. Obviously I won't be using this store again - rated F .
this is a small store and relatively new www.boundheat.com I have ordered 3 dvd's from them, I am a fan of their director, I love the sexy Czech girls in the films. I had first checked them out (no pun intended) from another site. This is a Canadian company but have set up shop in Czech Republic, the shipping so far has been okay, they reply to all enquiries and they are also setting up VOD. I have felt so far very comfortable ordering from them.
Update: Peter from Telsev has been working with me to resolve my issue with BazarduX. He is having them reship my order and has offered to send a few extra DVD's to help make amends for the poor customer service I noted previously.
I'll keep you posted on the outcome and, once again, thanks to Steph and Drew for providing a public forum that promotes communication between vendors and their customers. Without AdultDVDTalk, Peter would never have known he had a problem.
OK, so the good news is that I got my DVD's from BazarduX this morning. The bad news is that a couple of the titles were no longer available.
While I appreciate the extra DVD's Peter had them include to make up for that, I would have preferred being given the option to substitute titles I was actually interested in, so I'm giving them a C-.
I did send Peter an email about a couple of other titles I was interested in but he never replied. I think my stuff had already shipped, though.
A domestic company that carries a very large line of International videos is www.undergroundvideo.com . The seem to specialize in fetish materials but they also have a sizable collection of sex videos. Their service has always been excellent and they have a very knowledgeable phone staff.
Hardware::: How do you shop at online French E-tailors like BazarDuX???? I don't mean to come off naive, but when I tried to purchase a title, they asked for for "Pays de livraison" or country of delivery with a drop down box in the cart . The U.S in not on the list of country's. I would love to order a couple of movies from one of these french sites, but that "country of delivery drop down box" stops me in my tracks. Is there a way I can acquire movies from sites like this????????

8erout, select Etats Unis as your pays de livraison. Bazardux doesn't sound like a good choice going by Hardware's albeit 4-year-old comments, but I would happily follow his suggestions on good stores to choose. Also, watch out for pricing - it's only worth using European stores for titles unavailable in the US. It's much cheaper to buy the US editions of Marc Dorcel or Private titles, for example.
Thank so much for that information. The title I'm looking for is only in the European market. I don't think any U.S distributor will have Nina Roberts early stuff, let alone sell the US editions of Viva Nina, or Crazy Woman. Much appreciated information and thank you again M8 Cheers............
Hi, all As a famous and popular adult store, we here have to recommend a new sex toy store: https://www.amazon.com/Vibrator-Vagina-Sex-Massager-Hummingbird/dp/B01M30HUT4/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1500975274&sr=1-1&keywords=B01M30HUT4&th=1
