Hi, I'm new here and I don't want to make an ass out of myself right out of the barn... Is there a site like this that covers internet porn at all? Can anybody explain the dichotomy/hierarchy between what I see as the (slightly) more steadfast/mainstream recorded porn industry and the seemingly fly-by-nigh internet stuff... I'm asking partly just out of curiosity, if there even is different circle to the two, and because I'm trying to find work by a specific performer who I've only seen on the internet... in a few different spots... usually the milfhunter related sites. For paysite reviews, I like The Best Porn. They also have informational articles/guides, but no forums or price search functions that I'm aware of. Perhaps someone will have a better suggestion.
The biggest difference is that on the internet you can find the really sick stuff.
But my guess is, that the difference in contents will become smaller in the next years. Mainstream will go internet. Sickos will go DVD. For example meatholes has already released three DVDs.
I guess I wander how some of that internet stuff functions... Just browsing the internet there is just so freakin' much of it... so many many girls... it's kind of mind blowing to me how many girls are willing to get poked for money. Maybe it's because I'm old... watching 70's porn (in the eighties as a teenager) and it seemed like a relatively tight community where you'd see the same faces crop up in different combos and it was easy to have favorites and follow their work... more like mainstream celebrities. But nowadays there are more sources of information and there is more choice as to what kind of action you like to see the performers of your choice engaged in. And there are online reviews and trailers, it's much easier now to spend your money wisely.Thanks to this forum and other sources such as the Eurobabeindex which includes internet works as well as dvd info, I found lots of stuff that I would otherwise have missed. For example, somebody pointed out that 'Gwen' who appeared on the COHF website was known as Allie Sin in DVD land, and as Naughty Nati on her own website. I've posted ID questions several times and usually they are answered.
Regarding the general difference between DVD porn and Internet porn, I think today's DVD productions are much better than old porn productions in terms of production values, but there was more imaginative porn in the old days. That role has now been taken up by Internet porn.

Apart from the sick stuff that juha mentioned that I personally avoid, usually, for anyone living in the States, the internet is also both cheaper and much easier than trying to rent or buy dvds in the correct format when it comes to Central European porn. Assuming that you have broadband, a big hard drive, you are willing to buy memberships in paysites, and like at least some of the Eurobabes, of course. But if you do like Eurobabes, definetely check out the Eurobabeindex. I know that the 21Sextury sites that are only 25 dollars a month after the first month can give you as much as an hour running time of new high quality video every week, in a mixture of solo, b/g, and g/g. The DDF sites are a similar deal but the DDF videos did not used to be as long or as high quality as the 21Sextury videos are now, but since I haven't had a membership to a DDF site for 2 years I cannot give a fair comparison, obviously. And apart from the sick or misogynistic porn and the Euro porn, the Internet is also the home of the housewives or cute teenyboppers that just want to pose, maybe masturbate a little, and at most make out a little with another girl, but who don't want to get more hardcore, at least not yet.
Thanks for the information. I'm kind of partial to porn with story attached. What little I've seen of internet porn seems to be isolated to the deed itself and I can't get up much interest in that most of the time... I want characterization, costumes, verbal foreplay... psychodrama. That being said, if I'm already into the performer I can just about watch anything... except for the humiliation/abuse stuff... that might be interesting in a freakshow sort of way but that's all.
