This is hardly a surprise. I can find tons of "nude gallery" sites showing pictures of just about every female pornstar, but trying to find a gallery of nude *male* pornstars seems to be impossible. The closest is a bunch of gay sites, which isn't the same at all.

Even using Google Images results in almost nothing when searching on a male name. (Except for images of women with whom the men appear.)

(I only tried doing this because I recently wanted to see some pictures of the YOUNG Ron Jeremy - from another discussion - and if it weren't for the fact that he had his own Web site with some pictures of him as a young man I would have been totally out of luck.)

Interestingly, I believe that the same slant is somewhat true even in these forums. I keep seeing lots of posts of pictures of nude female pornstars (by both men and women, though mostly men) - but I can't recall seeing a picture posted here of a nude male pornstar. (Excepting the gay forum which I don't follow so I can't comment on its content.) Is there no similar interest in terms of what the men look like?

Straight women seem to not have any hang up about looking at nude women. So what's the issue with straight men looking at nude men? It really is a double standard. Is there so much of a fear of male homosexuality (as opposed to female homosexuality which seems to be "okay") that even the suggestion of such interest makes people that uncomfortable?

(It also doesn't help that women, typically, don't "sex symbol-ize" men to the same degree. If they did, there'd be a lot more, or even some, posts along the lines of "Identify this man.", and "Check out this hunk!".)

P.S. Sorry if this is off topic here. It didn't really seem to fit into any of the existing forums. Perhaps Sex Talk would have been more appropriate?
