In the beginning of the scene, when they talk a bit about where she's from while he inspect her body, he turns to the camera and says:

Lex: " - Well for all you guys out there who are wondering.." (then gets interrupted by Jennae)
Jennae: " - If I had any black in me?"
Lex: " - Oh! Well if she hasn't had any black in her, she's about too. That's for sure"

I don't know if it got determined later on, but in a longer interview with Jennae in the movie Fresh Flesh #15 (2000),
she tells the producer Lex is the third guy ever she's had sex with (can't confirm if it's truthful though), so it might have been her first black guy to have sex with.
