I love to see quality porn. That's strong male performers working with quality female porn stars of all races. Nope. It wasn´t flat wrong neither a lie. It´s a fact, tried and true. Interracial scenes DO hurt the sales of movies aimed at W.A.S.P. audiences, like the Vivid stuff.

No duh. First off, the AVN Award is as trustworthy as the Oscars. Secondly, a movie "with interracial sex marketed toward people who like interracial sex" is pretty much like selling ice cream in the desert: OF COURSE it will be a good seller. But IMHO, the movie was a hit because Snoopy was involved. Prior to that, the only other really-big-selling title was John Wayne Bobbitt Uncut , mainly because everybody in the USA wanted to see how a reconstructed penis looked like.
RLD's white dicks - black chicks was the best IR title I saw last year, but at this rate we won't see volume two until sometime in the year 2005. I don't care though, because the best series always take longer to produce. Only crud gets released on a monthly basis. Snoop's Doggystyle movie was the best selling movie for 2001 according to AVN. If you have proof that proves otherwise then present it here. I have a feeling I will be waiting a real long time. Hustlaz was the best selling movie for Nov/Dec and is currently number 8 for this month. Some industry insiders believe that Hustlaz will win next years Best selling Award as well. So again you statement doesn't Mystikal put out a similar movie that had no interracial and didn't sell as well. So big name rappers putting out porn is not a guarntee for success. Snoop's name just enabled the movie to be in many more markets and stores than it would have been in if were just another Anabolic interracial title. No one purchased the movie to see Snoop walk around whilegirls have their tops off.
Again you have Black peformers like Lexington Steele, Mr. Marcus, Jack Napier and now Mandingo who have their own movie lines that are in the top 30 in sales constantly. They do that by peforming with White women. If interracial hurts sales in anyway, then how are all these performers doing so well. Name any other White male actor outside of Rocco who has the succes that they do?? Hell Lex had 7 movie lines that he always peformed in and has his own show for Plaboy coming soon.
