Specifically 2 scenes with Alexa Grace and also one with Ivy Rose. When I signed up those scenes were not there and there was no profile for either performer. I googled "Alexa Grace interracialpass" and the first result is a link to one of her scenes on that site but when I click on the link it just takes me to the homepage. This is complete BS. I signed up wanting to see those scenes, if they weren't available I wouldn't sign up. Very shady and fraudulent activity from this C-level site. Should have known better. [Link] |

| ravnadal New Member 2 Posts 8/19 | I also signed up for this site only to realize the same situation. most of the good content which made me to do a membership is not available when you enter the members page Alexa Grace, Cadence Lux, Riley Reyes etc... scenes are not available at the members page. when i messaged the admin he answered "We apologize if you seem mislead. That page was supposed to be taken down when we switched to the new site format. That is an older tour page. When we switched to the new site, we noticed there were quite a few of the 4K videos, such as the ones you mentioned that were not actually rendered in real 4K resolution. We thought it best to take them down as we switched and to remaster them in 4K for a better customer experience. Unfortunately, this takes time as we have to re-edit them from their original raw files. As you can see on the first page of the new tour, " This is clearly a lie since all the content was available in the proclaimed "old" site and now they taken all the scenes down for them to be passed as new updates... when you are shown thumbnails of videos and they are not available for you when you do the membership this is considered to be a scam

As for the other comment that started this thread, Thank you Peter Mc for explaining the obvious and what our thousands of customers already know. We've been steadily going thru our old 'Vault' of scenes and remastering them in the highest resolution possible. We then put them up a couple times per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) for our customers to enjoy. Should we just stick them in the back somewhere where no one sees them? Of course not, we want our customers to know that they are now in a much better format for them to watch. The majority of our customers appreciate this. Obviously, we now know there was one or two customers that didn't, only because he misunderstood what we were doing and decided he was going to right such a mistakenly perceived wrong somehow by posting here. I'm sure he thought he would really stick it to us. Unfortunately for him, it really doesn't do much. We will just keep posting up great content and our customers will keep enjoying it as they have for the past decade and a half. Our newly shot 4K scenes go up every Friday. We constantly shoot new content as you can see by going to our twitter page and viewing all the behind the scene vids and pics from shoot days. These are the only scenes we consider to be new updates. As for the 4K scenes missing, like Alexa etc. Those go up on Mondays as remastered. We do not advertise nor try to pass off any older scenes that were already on the site as new updates. (as a matter of fact, The Alexa Grace/Mandingo scene will be going up this Monday as was already scheduled. This is considered a 4K remaster as the old version was only in 1280 by 720 and was already on the site previously). We've been online for 15 years. To disparage us as a fraud site just because of an error is the ultimate in pettiness. We are human, we make mistakes. If this is how you want to spend your free time, you can go right ahead. Life is short, you just wasted a bit of yours trying to sooth your fragile ego over a perceived slight even after it was remedied to the best of our ability. This is all the time we'll spend explaining ourselves. Thanks for taking the time to read. |
| AngryPirate Senior Member 3210 Posts 8/17 | Especially in today's climate where mental health is finally being treated with greater seriousness and sensitivity, mocking and making such indelicate and speculative comments about a person's mental state is a dick move. When you wish to clarify your own position with regard to a customer's grievance, do only that. Making jibes about a customer who paid for your service, regardless of them having been refunded, is patently hypocritical when you take this virtue signalling high ground calling their behaviour petty only to demonstrate pettiness yourself. It also brings into question whether you regard other customers escalating a complaint with similar behaviour. Doing this in public is hardly conducive to attracting and retaining customers. I wouldn't call this response a complete car crash but you had ample opportunity to explain the situation at hand, describe the measures in place to make the available content and works in progress clearer prior to purchase and show yourself to be generally competent at PR & customer service but I get the impression you could do with training on both. Resting on your laurels, citing 15 years of service doesn't make you look big and clever. A long period of success can be destroyed with poorly judged remarks. Perhaps you should look up Gerald Ratner? |

Everybody knows that shit happens , ask Murphy about this, the best anybody can do is to repair the damage and refund . Even though he's been refunded anybody continues to call it a fraud he's either dishonest himself or he's got a problem , the latter being the gentlest way to address him on the subject |
| AngryPirate Senior Member 3210 Posts 8/17 | From the side of a professional, all you should do when refuting an accusation of fraud is deny it and explain why the accusation is not true without personal attacks, leaving third parties to judge for themselves - that would have been more gentle that saying someone was in a bad place. I don't think a dig at one's mental health was necessary. If anything, I think it undid what could have been a really good response where issuing a refund and explaining why certain content was not available would have let HHE Team take the proverbial high ground instead of looking as equally petty, even if they made the right gesture of refunding a customer who felt misled about the content availability. |
| ravnadal New Member 2 Posts 8/19 | Yes i got a refund from EPOCH. When i contacted the site customer service i was referred to other email and he referred me to EPOCH claiming it's not within his power to do so. I really don't know what happened behind the scenes but i believe i was given the benefit of the doubt from the EPOCH representative rather then he contacted someone from the site online to confirm it since my refund was approved within minutes. For that i really have to commend EPOCH for their great customer service which really surprised me. BTW the EPOCH representative stated several times that "we are not the site" Now about your reply, It's funny that you say that the page i was seeing was a secondary tour page and the website guys forgot to take it down. If i recall correctly that was pretty much the same thing your customer service told me. "it was supposed to be taken down" , i wonder how much time it would have took to take it down without this turn of events. Regarding your content, "stick them in the back somewhere where no one sees them" Is exactly what you did. I'm sure your customers would rather have all the content available even if some of it is 720p, since you can later add the 1080p and 4k versions but you chose to cut it out completely and dishing it out bits by bits. I think that discrediting me instead of addressing the details of the case says more about you than me. Believe it or not i have no problem in editing my reply about "scam\fraud" once your so called "supposed to be down" tour site will be down for good. until then it only seems fair to warn the community about that and me getting a refund has nothing to do with it since the other guys might not get it. | Peter Mc Member 895 Posts 10/16 | No problem with you coming on here and forewarning people that some of the advertised content is not on the site, if that's correct. That's cool and more fans should do stuff like this. You can't call it a scam though if they paid you back. |
