The charges stem from the accidental distribution of the European version of Tampa Tushy Fest in the US. The video contains a fisting scene with Alisha Klass and Chloe. Fisting in itself is not illegal. Please see this thread for a definition of obscenity. We talked a little about the trial in a chat with Seymore on his site. You can view the transcript here.
