I have been trying to find out if there is an active porn production company that works out of the SF/Northern Cal area, but so far no luck. If someone can't point me in the direction of an existing production company in the SF/Northern Cal area, perhaps there may be some interest in forming one. Anyone interested???
Is there a certain definition of hardcore, or have I been watching illegally-filmed porn (for instance, Abigail Productions' "Lesbian Life: Real Sex NYC", verifiably shot in NYC locations like vegan restaurant Food Swings and Blue Stockings Bookstore, or Morty Diamond's "Trans Entities", which I believe to have been filmed there)? Or does queer porn get a pass?
Producing hardcore content outside California or New Hampshire can get a producer hit with criminal charges. Its not a definite. Prosecutors chose what to prosecute. GBLT does not get a pass. Again, the only 2 states where the production of hardcore content is protected as a First Amendment right is California and New Hampshire. ALL other states, cities, and counties in the US, a producer can be charged with a myriad of crimes if a prosecutor sees fit to do so.
