About the Congress to intervene I don't think they can it's not like China whith China products , made in China , these stars are mostly hired By American Producers in American Made movies , how can the congress protect Americans from Americans? But doing so is an investment with uncertain return. Competitors can then just come in and film the same women without the same capital risk, because the area was already prospected.
