As I had no news in the next days and I had no customer or order number or anything to check my order on their website I wrote them and was answered from one certain Virginia B. (vice-president) : "We have recently received your order. In regards to your order, all "Barley Used" titles come in sleeves , they do not include the case or art work . If you would like, we can if available ship out the art work in a separate package as well as the cases.(shipping and handling will be applied. ) Thank you . But since then (it was the 21st of June) and although I sent them numerous e-mails (direct e-mails or through forms in their customer information center) I never had any single answer from them. So I have big questions about their seriousness and I would like to know if anyone has already order from Barely Used DVDs website and how it worked for them. Thank you. [Link] |
