Yep, and not just for facial porn. The industry is going so hardcore that DAP, piss, really rough BDSM, fisting, abuse and vomit (and more) are now what "porn" is. Everyone's pushing for a new edge, and the girls are the biggest promoters, especially on Twitter.
Both of you are awfully wrong. Facial Abuse is the only porn website that shows misogynist, women hating & unrelenting throat fucking with the goal of making them puke in every episode. Blackpayback is made by the same producer so they are on the same boat. Every other website you mentioned: Swallowed, DD, herlimit, etc... have some facefucking but do not include the verbal abuse that's present with the FA guys.
Comparing FA to those other websites is pretty stupid. The directors for those websites would not be happy you made the association because they are not misogynist. And I'm sure the FA guys would be pissed you'd compare the high level of craft they put in to their videos with other studios who are less intense.
No it isn't. The only website that features DAP, Piss, and really rough BDSM has been Legalporno. Other websites "sometimes" feature those acts, but not as consistent as LP.
The amount of websites not featuring all of these outnumber those that do. It'll be a while until mainstream porn actually catches up.
^^I'll second everything you said. The only thing that I want to nuance is that while I agree that FA producers want to shoot misogynist style porn. There are a few others that still shoot porn that has some fairly misogynist content in it and I'm not so sure that they don't know it and don't really care.

Oohh.. I can mind numerous examples where even vanilla sites have tons of misogynist content, so that point you make is moot.
With respect this feels like a point made from five years ago (in terms of where things are now). You're also focusing on one corner of the issue, tone, which is not really what I was driving act. FA' thing is to act mean, but the actual acts that girls do on their videos are no longer outside the mainstream. Moreover the rise of performers like Bryan are leading the charge in terms of where porn is going and what's now considered valid. Things have changed a lot.
Like many porn websites, they are most likely barely making it through with the amount of free porn available.
If they really had "good" business, they'd be able to hire top porn models like Lana Rhoades back in 2016 (but she rejected them), or even Adriana Chechik who could deepthroat any porn dick in existence (but they can't pay her enough).
They pay models about $1000-$1500 a scene. Belle Knox a while back said she only received $1200 from them for her first porn scene. They either have the money or don't want to invest in it for a scene. Top porn models aren't exactly knocking on the FA door and demanding to shoot with them, it's the opposite. FA guys have to resort to preying on brand new talent or females who are vulnerable and need the cash since no mainstream pornstar wants to be associated with them. That doesn't sound like good business to me.
The hardcore facial abuse fans were pissed when the producer had to pay "Just Dave" to continue shooting FA content when they went on a hiatus. The only good thing to come out of the alternate scenes was they were able to get more well-known pornstars like Karma RX for an example, to shoot rougher scenes.
But...if you think about it. I bet Karma wouldn't have done a scene if it was the original FA guys because the verbal/physical abuse would have been...a lot worse.
Kind of fascinating that someone would compare FA to Swallowed (or the other sites mentioned).
On the FA site the "sex" is secondary to humiliation and degradation with dudes that apparently have not one ounce of respect for women. The aim is to break them down. I have never that Swallowed or other sites had this vibe.
Even with a site like Dickdrainers I get a sense that it is heavily "scripted" and it's about role play. There is no role play in a FA scene even if everyone is a consenting adult.
I actually think the opposite. I think I saw more of this stuff trickling into porn's mainstream back around 2011, when ASA Akira Is Insatiable 2 was as popular as it gets despite it's violent content that could have been seen as misogynistic by many. I also feel like there were more regular anal/DP/gangbang/blowbang releases from major American companies than there are today.
I think the mainstream focus has shifted to IR being much more prevalent. And to a lesser extent, transgender porn slowly trickling into "straight" movies from the likes of Evil Angel and Devil's Film.
I actually liked it when they mixed in some of the Just Dave stuff. Some of it wasn't great but they got some way hotter girls doing extreme puke bj's and stuff and not as verbally abusive. Karma Rx was not one of them (she is way, way hotter but was not an extreme scene).
Max Hardcore (Paul Little) was arrested for reasons that have absolutely NOTHING to do with the FA guys.
FA guys have not changed their formula. They are still facefucking and producing puke vids and being misogynist. Both studios may be obscene but the government isn't trying to shut down FA like they did with Max.
I do not think so. Mainstream porn gets more and more boring. Even if a beautiful girl does a scene for blacked or tushy I know in advance that it will be boring. Interracial was once a interesting niche, but with sites like the above it is just boring.
OP here.. need to clear certain things up.. when I made the original post, I was more referring to the physical acts (rough deepthroating, saliva/slop, puking, rimjobs, slapping, spitting, etc). It was there acts I was referring to as becoming more mainstream.
The mysogynist issue some have brought up, well.. that's a whole separate issue in itself worthy of a separate discussion.
Now I remembered. I might as well share this with you and the others. Leigh Raven isn't the only one who's called them out. This explains why professionals don't shoot for these sites. (and for a good reason)

^ dude.. she instead got called out for lying about her experience with then for fake publicity. They also released the full 4 hour backup camera recording to show everyone what happened, and she clearly lied about it. Her lawsuit was also thrown out the window.
