I found a dvd that shows you steps to gaining control. But it seem like it was more for people that suffered premature enjaculation but I'm most likely nowhere near that. They were showing the stop/short and the squeeze method. There were steps for achieving control and they were telling u what type of masterbation to do on certain days in a 3 month period of time. It was really interesting. I'm going towards the end of the second month and on the third month, u finally stop masterbating by yourself and do steps with your partner so thats cool because I'm sick and tired of telling my g/f excuses for not wanting to have sex.
