Seriously, I have been seeing those kinds of advertisements all around and for years.
However, are those real or fake?
Is there any "exercise" that I can do without taking any medicine to enlarge my penis?
Is there any science supporting??

Yes it's real, because I watched a documentary years ago of how they enlarge the penis through operation. Where the surgeon places other people's skin inside your foreskin.
Yeah, that's pretty gross lol! And you cannot have sexual intercourse or masturbate for the next 6 weeks.

Personally, I doubt that a pill or external machine can make you bigger. I will keep an open mind, though, if anyone can provide any real science (papers) showing how it works.

If it was true, it would have been advertised much more by now and not just snake oil emails or ads.
There are procedures that can make you larger in a flaccid state but it has no effect on the spongy tissue that is engorged when you are erect.

There are two operations that can be done . One cuts the ligaments that attach the penis to the pubic bone , results in increase in length , however it acts like a "hinge" with out the ligaments being attached . you also have to wear "weights" , as it will retract too much when soft . Girth is improved by fat cell injection , the problem is it can look like pig in a blanket , fat will eventually mostly be reabsorbed , and possibly very uneven .

It is possible to have an operation where a Plastic Surgeon inserts some kind of muscle tissue from another part of your body into your penis, but this only enlarges the Flaccid size length and girth, the erect size is no longer than it was before.

A friend of mine had it done, strangely tho he was already 3" or so flaccid and 8" erect, so i always wondered why he felt the need to do this, given that in the end, after the swelling wend down and the scar healed, he only gained an extra 1" in length and the same in girth.
