I've heard that some porn performers have gotten an internal cumshot (creampie) against their knowledge when they shot a scene. Is this something that's common? It sounds awful to me and dangerous. I have heard it happens at least in Japanese scenes with white girls sometimes because they have a poor view of foreigners.

Does anyone have any information about this?

Unless the performer is a virgin with little knowledge of how male genitalia reacts during sex then the likelihood that she doesn't know her partner has just ejaculated inside of her is going to be almost nil. Especially when he starts to go limp in front of her and she can feel the cum inside her body.
