I recommend also for acne Benzol Peroxide 2% and gradually working it to 5%. Remember..less is more! 10% is harsh and irriating and can worsen the skin and cause more flare ups and acne and blemishes. The best thing to keep acne under control is to have a great facial cleanser...and that's where Pond's Foaming-Facial Cleanser comes in. It contains a bit of Glycolic Acid..but it's potency is not strong or even close as pure Glycolic Acid...in the facial..it is washed out..but still it helps out because it causes exfoliation and you are removing deep embedded oils or white or black heads. Not to mention removing dirt because that contributes to flaws and acne. Any questions let me know..I love making my patients happy. Just the other day a fine lady came in and said.."Doctor..my husbands says that this here is a huge pimple and he won't fuck me." I said.."let me see..that is a clit..and not a zit."
