If Janine is again shooting porn (g/g or b/g) it will effect her custody case, and possibly any remaining conditions from her tax evasion conviction. Her ex-husband is accusing her of providing an "unsafe" and "unwholesome" living environment for a 5-year old girl. The courts usually consider being active in porn (especially b/g) as falling under the "unwholesome" category. BTW, Janine did a call in interview on Howard Stern this past week, and I don't recall her mentioning returning to porn. Most of what she talked about was having made many bad decisions in the past, wanting to be a good mother to her daughter, and explaining that one of the reasons she hooked-up with her current, felon-husband was because he was her "protector" in the co-ed halfway house that they were both placed in last summer. And that she had been receiving sexual advances from many of the other males assigned to the house, who had seen her in pornos. So she was afraid. Bottom line: Janine may have been shooting this Brazzers scene "under the radar" hoping the authorities wouldn't find out this was a NEW scene. So Jessica mentioning it online could put Janine in trouble with the courts, and her custody case.
Go to a temp agency and sign-up to answer phones, or go to a 7-11 and fill out an application, or go to the local school district and apply to drive the bus, or take free night classes to learn how to be a webmaster and become the techie for girls who want a personal website. I could go on & on. Sooner or later Janine's going to have to do what ALL former porn girls do: find a job. Believing porn as her ONLY way (at 39 yrs old) to make money, would be another in a long series poor choice by Janine. And would prove that she still hasn't developed the decision making skills, or personal discipline, needed to succeed outside of porn...or make decisions that effect minor children.
I'm not sure how much of her doing porn factors into her custody case. She mentioned on Howard that the judge has said that being an adult performer doesn't mean you can't be a good parent. She has a webcam thing going on where she gets nude and does solo stuff to make money. I'm not sure if the courts see that big a distinction in solo and sex with a partner.
^^A judge "may" have said that, though I doubt it. Janine said a lot during her phone-in to Howard, that seemed out of touch with reality, or wishful thinking. The California courts are very tough when they feel a child's safety is in question, and for a five year old girl to be left in the custody of a porn performing mother, who repeatedly makes (and admits to making) bad decisions, is not likely.
It's not clear that Jesse & Sandra have permanent custody. From what I read in the Cali newspapers, that the legal proceedings are not final. And on Howard's show, Janine talked about a February Hearing with the judge, where she hopes everything will be "worked out"--and she'll get custody of her five year old.
I wish Janine luck but honestly getting her daughter back doesn't seem to be at the top of her priorities. She keeps making very public appearances to tell people not only is she doing questionable things that may affect getting custody but telling everyone she probably shouldn't be doing them. She could've done the BRAZZERS shoot, got paid and not tell everyone what's going on and not bring attention to the situation like she did. I can understand the need to make money but she constantly seems to be out there calling attention to herself and telling everyone she's doing stuff she probably shouldn't be. It makes no sense to me.
I've been a Janine fan since "Hidden Obsessions" and my observation is that she has been in conflict with herself for a long time. Years ago when she was beginning her full-body tat (it was just a large tat on her arm then) she went on the Stern show. In response to his negative reaction, she said that maybe because of the tat people won't offer her money to do more porn. Fast forward to her most recent on-air with Stern. He stated what I've felt for years about pornstar tats: that with a huge tat canvass like Janine's, the woman is "never really naked". Exactly my thought: their bodies are ALWAYS covered because of the tat, like one of the "Painted Ladies" at those Playboy Mansion parties. It a way of hiding their nakedness. Which suggests that the performer may be tiring or questioning her career. And in Janine's case, because of her lack of self-discipline, she's constantly coming up with ways for "others" to force her into decisions. But, hey, I'm no shrink; but I'm a pretty good observer of people. Just my thoughts on Janine...I still wish her the best!
in her blog janine wrote that "they" ban her from doing only thing she has done for 12 years(time in adult industry) and i was under impression that she is broke (kick out from two "transition" houses for ex cons) plus tax money and lawyers fee .... she has realized that no court will give her custody over her child so she came back to earn money only way she knows ( janines tattoo shop is just pipe dream)

Also she could go back to jail if she does porn again. BTW there are pornstar who have kids but they kept there famliy life outside of porn. but too many tattos are a bad thing. I like girl with tattos but not too much of them.
Liked the first couple of tats she got. Lower back & a little on the one arm. Not even opposed to the back and the other arm. But back of hands, front of shoulders/breasts, and especially the throat are over the top for me. But still want to see her do b/g on DVD not just internet.
